If you get the beginning of God's story right you can't go far wrong.
Perhaps the greatest gift we can give our neighbour is the song of the angels.

GOD-PLEASING SEXUALITY
The celebration of a fitting union of the body of a man and the body of a woman made in the image of God. The cleaving of husband and wife spoken of by Jesus is replicated in every cell of the body of their offspring as the DNA strands intertwine. Indeed one flesh. God rejoices in fruitfulness desiring that above all and abhors a sterile relationship.

SAME-SEX PARTNERSHIPS
They usurp the family narrative, both backwards and forwards, leaving no alternative.
PRESERVATION OF SOCIETY
If society disassociates itself from accountability it is on the road to disintegration.
COVENANT OF MARRIAGE
A mutual commitment to preserve life and ensure creativity, grounded in faithfulness.
The law must recognise and protect this.
GOVERNMENT
The badge of lost innocence. It must protect social covenants of faithfulness, so preserving society itself.
MINDFULNESS
Vibrant mindfulness, giving attention to every part of every minute of the day, must pursue a worthy cause in life, consciously using every part of mind and body well. The surest way to preserve a lively brain.
'Do all to the glory of God'.
SALVATION ARMY
Those who respond to the gospel have an immediate new identity, part of a community, with a new occupation to serve God and man.
TRUE FLOURISHING
To be alert and self-aware, setting oneself to use his body in service of his will under God, a life-long-being-at-work using the body and mind well.
COMENIUS AND EDUCATION
A forerunner in education, he set out to discover with which men should he form his society.
Also that with which he should occupy himself.
It should be no different today.
REFORMATION
It is only too easy to hide behind the mantle of God's sovreignty to exclude our responsibility.
COVENANT LANGUAGE
Faithfulness is at the heart of mutual commitment, the Hebrew word 'emunah'. It is because God is faithful that we trust Him for our salvation.
CHRISTIANITY
Christianity is a biography and Biblical history a series of biographies.
We must harness our narrative to the same story of man made into the image of God and devoting his life to serving God and man.
COMMON SENSE
Commonsense through the ages is being vindicated by scientific research. Man really is made in God's image, the only identity we need. As such our purpose in life is to represent Him in all His diversity.
'God has made us what we are. God has created us in King Jesus for the good worksthat he prepared, ahead of time as the road we must travel'
Ephesions 2:10
VIRTUE
Commonsense in service of civilisation ensuring it's preservation. Those who hold to it are the true nobility of the land. Servanthood leads to knighthood.
A look through the past will discover this truth which shines in every age.
The me-hood of today must give place to we-hood if we are to have a civil society tomorrow.

RE-CREATION
God broke into history with the birth of Jesus, His Messiah Son. It was the 'big bang' of a new creation which continues to reverberate throughout the world. The angels sang as the Master of the Universe entered enemy territory and they've been singing ever since, as each new citizen enters the Kingdom of Heaven..
It is now for the church to march throughout the world to effect that new creation, bringing redemption, with Jesus at its head.

THE HEAVENLY MAN
Every moment of every day we are evolving, changing into someone that we weren't before. We are always 'becoming'. It is God's way of working in the world. Change is built into nature.
The point is who are we becoming? Humanity was ruined by sin and could only become a dying breed, sons of evil and full of wicked deeds and lovers of death.
From eternity God ordained that man should be rescued from this fate and be reborn as His children. We now live for life, becoming heavenly men who bring life to the world which is becoming God's kingdom on earth.
Jesus, God's Saviour King, is that redeemer. Through His life, death and resurrection, we too become heavenly men, becoming more and more the image of that true Heavenly man.

WORDS
Their life resides in their meaningfulness to our human matrix.
Science seeks to vivisect them apart from life, but kills them in the process.

IMAGERY
Metaphors suck the poison out of our lives, inspiring joy and diluting the pain in our sorrows.
The ultimate human metaphor - man in the image of God, Jesus the one true image.

BEACHCOMBING
We are like waves breaking on the shores of the islands of others. We cast forth what we have been holding in our depths, be it treasure or simply broken pieces from a broken world.

NEW MAN
God's actions and creativity are interpreted by His Words, reaching their height in the one true Logos of God. In Jesus He was bringing a new order into being, God's Kingdom on earth, uniting God and man in a new Manhood made truly in the image of God, restoring the intimate relationship intended from the beginning.
Sin, with its hostility to God and man, will aways strive to distort this creation and image. Its hold over man was broken when Jesus drew this hostility into himself and was crucified to receive the full condemnation of God on sin resident in the flesh. The New man rose with a new identity for his people.
Only by union with Him can restored manhood be realised, showing the world of seen and unseen powers that he truly loves and obeys the one true God, even as Jesus does. This new manhood is sent out, even as the Father sent His son, to redeem all of creation.

THE GOSPEL
Words of image and logic intertwine, creating a story which will awaken and draw out the heart of man to worship God and serve His creation, both nature and man in His image.

EASTER
Just before Jesus was put to death, He spent his last hours with His disciples, fortifying them for what was to come. He assured them of a future home and gave them work to do.
This has always been God's way with man. Through disobedience he was dispossessed of his God-given inheritance. Under harsh conditions man was to make his way in a world now damaged and hostile. He had become a fugitive.
Since the dawn of time God reminded man that in His faithfulness He would restore man's lost estate. The time had come to do so. Jesus was God's appointed Redeemer, restoring those who found refuge in Him.
Man still seeks a haven and a purpose. Jesus, the risen Messiah King, would now have us to 'gospel' others with the news that in him we have both mansion and meaning.
It is for man to take up residence there and get to work restoring others.

AUTHENTIC CHRISTIANITY
All this is happening so that the world may know that I love the Father, and that I am doing what He told me to do. Get up. Let's be going.
John 14 vs 31
As the Father has sent me, so I am sending you.

GOD'S WAYS
God uses the simple heart of faith in His covenant to change the world. He shows His full-orbed splendour to those who fear Him, often those of no great learning. Convinced of his greatness they go on to do great things for him. Blessings indeed on the meek who will inherit the earth'.
'The secret of the Lord is with those who fear Him and He will show them the secret of His covenant'.
His ways are ways of pleasantness and all His paths are peace.

HEAVENLY REVERBERATIONS
We need to resonate with God's love story, the Son coming to the world of men to show them He loved his Father and did what the Father gave Him to do. He came to bring life of God's age to man in God's image, restoring and celebrating his birth into God's kingdom, temple and home. The good news is that story.
He told the disciples that as the Father had sent Him, so now He was sending them to live and die, as He did, to bring man home.
